Provider names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies; their use doesn't imply endorsement.
You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing links to its pages.
6. What You May Not Do
Without our prior written permission, you may not:

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdvisorClicks, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including any decision you make based on its content or estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site won't exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue any part of the site at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
